How long does it take to set up and go live?

What if the internet goes down?
The tablet operates offline and syncs data when connectivity returns. Patients who already received their arrival window SMS are still informed. We also have a local network mode for hospitals with consistent internal Wi-Fi but unreliable external internet. How accurate are the arrival time predictions?
In the first two weeks, expect accuracy within ±15 minutes — we're working off averages with limited data. By week four, accuracy typically reaches ±8 minutes. Is patient data stored securely?
Yes. Patient data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We store the minimum data required — name, phone number, appointment time, and queue position. We do not store medical records, diagnoses, or any clinical information. Data is hosted on secure servers and we sign a data processing agreement with every hospital before going live.
